Welcome to Ferdinand’s Flowers

Flowers make wonderful Hostess Gifts!

Inspired by the splendor of nature, the flowers showcased here have been constructed to replicate this beauty. They have been added to common items to enhance their appearance and to help us be more aware of the everyday magnificence that nature brings to us.

Flowers are a part of our world from the time we come into it. They are there for all our wonderful, happy experiences – prom, marriage, births, anniversaries, birthdays, and, yes, even when we are leaving this earth. They should be encountered in our everyday lives also.

These flowers are also about the hand-made, personal aspect of one person picking up hook (or needle) and yarn or bead and making something that replicates as close as possible – nature. It is about bringing the craft of the past into the now of our lives.
